College educated as a 'late bloom' I have started my own company to promote literary, music & films that deal with real life issues with the intent of uplifting & empowering. My mission statement is to intrigue the mind, prick the heart & incite the spirit.
I like to wrap myself around anything creative. I love music-listening, singing, dancing, and writing lyrics. I enjoy playing pool, roller skating, bowling, and playing tennis. I also like to play spider solitaire and mah jong on my computer when I'm not reading or writing. The last book I read was North and South by Elizabeth Gaskin and recognized that even good books can be riddled with errors. Neverless, a good story remains a good story.
My debut novel, Born To Return The Gift ,deals with lack of self esteem, addictions, love & pain, depression and life changing growth as tensions are built that culminates in a suspenseful twist for a new beginning.
I'm a little seasoned now in promoting, marketing & blogging, but there's still so much more to learn and do. I'm confident I'll get better with time & constructive criticism. I hope to make new friends in the process.
My novel would make a great gift to any reader possessing an inquisitive mind about characters and life situations which are personally alien to their own.
