My earliest memories are of watching The Twilight Zone and Night Gallery with my grandfather. He'd read me books of horror short stories and then we'd make up stories together. When I was old enough to read, I started with the classics: Bradbury and King. As an adult, I loved Anne Rice's Witching Hour, Lasher and Taltos. My favorite non horror writers include F. Scott Fitzgerald, Wally Lamb, Jon Irving and Jonathan Carroll.
