I am a bear.  I have always been a bear.  I believe I have a mental window into an intriguing, violent, humorous, humanistic failure by an entire generation that believed it could change the world with guitars and drugs and almost did.  I used to be a jazz musician, football joke, life-guard, body guard, marine, kept man, dedicated body surfer, football coach, and teacher of dyslexic but brilliant students.  I continue to be a world traveler (80 or so countries), photographer, multi-media creator, published author, in awed wonder of this genration.  My writings always center upon the questions: Who and I?  Where am I? what is my relationship to my fellow man and what is my relationship to the universe or whomever one prays to. As of May 5th Danse Macabre is featuring a chapter from one of my novels entitled The Lawless Years. They have chosen a chapter entitled The Effects of Toxic Waste, Used Pampers and General Trash on Grape Soda and The Rain Bows. I hope you go there and give it a try. In the next month I hope to begin posting The Lawless Years.. The “Hero” is Ian Maynard Lawless, who always signs his name I.M.Lawless and he is. His life-long credo has been “If it’s theirs …steal it. if you can’t steal it…hide it. If it’s too big to hide or break … mutilate it.” Very interesting events slowly change I.M.Lawless’ life. So outrageous changes, you may want to join in helping The Grape Soda and The Rainbows come together to change the world.   Lately I have added the following questions:  Why aren't women ruling this planet politically as they do sexually and intellectually?  Why do most males dred intimacy more than death or ED?  When someone asks, "Where are you?"  answer, "I am between."   Example:  If you are part of medical science, you are between beating the drums and chanting all night for miracles and beating the labs for miracle drugs.  See what I mean?  

I am a published author. I have saved ten or so lives. Most of my three thousand or so former students loved me or at least respected me. I married well.
