I am a survivor of various kinds of childhood abuse (sexual, spiritual, ritual) and have spent years healing from that. I am also in recovery from chemical dependency and find great wisdom, understanding and acceptance around the tables.My calling is to heal myself and others and to "Be Light and Love" for the planet.I like to paint (oils), write, and draw as a way of self expression.My healing has come by many different avenues and I'll list them here for the benefit of those who are interested: Reiki, Personal Counseling at In-Glo Christian Counseling in St. Louis, MO,Inner healing retreats given by Treehouse Ministries in St. Louis, Mo, Inner Bonding technique (Margaret Paul), William Emerson Intensives for Pre-natal and Peri-natal Healing, Landmark Education Forum and Advanced Course and seminars (taught me how to live fully and freely after doing the intense healing work), Bioenergetics, Authentic Movement, "inner" painting, jounaling and dialoguing with my Inner Child.I write "Love Speaks" messages that come to me in prayer and I believe they are meant for others as well as for my self. As a major Introvert I find it challenging to share anything personal, including Love Speaks, yet also gratifying as I meet wonderful folks on the Authors' Den who are supportive and encouraging.
