I grew up in a small town in Iowa. Coincedentally, this town also happens to be the best town of all time. I have had many influences for my poetry, including my family and friends, teachers, musical artists, actors, writers, among other things. I am a very big fan of music and musical art. I love Otep Shamaya and her band Otep. I have been very inspired by the varoius movies in which Morgan Freeman has played a part as well as those that Johnny Depp has made his fame. I enjoy rap, rock, opera, singer-songwriter, and many other kinds of music.
