Romance Author Sandee Watkins is an Alabama native. Her passion for writing romance began about two years ago; while at work and watching Soaps during lunch breaks. Disgusted with the never-ending cycle of infidelity and repeated resurrections of the dead, she gave them up and began writing her own romances. While she leads you through winding roads filled with surprises, you will always be pleased with the outcome when you reach the end of the story.    Each month she selects a different charitable organization, and donates $1.00 per paperback copy/ $0.50 per Kindle version  sold during that month.  Since doing this she has helped benefit The American Red Cross ( Nashville, TN Flood), The American Cancer Society, The Alabama Wildlife Federation (BP Oil Spill), The Muscular Dystrophy Association, Susan G. Komen Foundation & Toys For Tots.   She is an avid listener to audio books.  A few of her favorite authors are:  David Baldacci, J.D. Robb, Janet Evanovitch, Iris Johansen, Erica Spindler, Lee Child and Linda Howard, just to name a few.   Sandee, her husband of 32 years, Mickey and their two sons Braden- 28 and Matt- 17currently live in the Lake View, Al. community, just outside of Bessemer, Al. She is the author of several self-published romance novels: “From Afar…”, “The Back-Up”, "Alabama Sunset", "Sevier Love" and "The Bandit" available in paperback through Lulu.com  E-book versions available through  www.Amazon.com for the KINDLE and at www.BarnesandNoble.com for the NOOK.
