I grew up amongst a strong pecan tree with "knotty limbs, hovering branches, and deep roots".  Within this trinity, my parents' love and the lessons they instilled in me have transcended time.  The pecan tree of my homestead was a place of solace for many who came to seek the wisdom of my father.  As a child, I saw lives impacted, I saw that not only there were no limits for love to me and my siblings, but also, no limits on love and  the value of  a human being nor mankind; regardless of personal circumstances.  My affinity to the pecan tree transcended into an affinity for nature and understanding the natural order of life.  The moon controls the ebb and flow of the water, trees co-exist , as should mankind, and the rhythms of life are as volatile as the seasons.  The knotty limbs and deep roots of trees are representative of nurturing, which gives us strength to endure the trials and adversities of life.  " ..."For a tree planted in due season Shall bloom and bear much fruit...."  It is from this perspective that I penned "Voice From the Soul of Trees,"
