I loved writing since as early as I can remember. I remember finishing two books when I was a child under 10 years of age. I forgot about writing as I grow up, but the came the phenomenal Harry Potter books. As I read them one after another, I felt I needed more. I needed to live in this kind of thing for good, and that's when I realised that I wanted to be the creator of such amazing and wonderful things called books. I believe that my pen is a very powerful tool. Writing liberates me and I never found myself comfortable as when I'm on my laptop, writing. I started writing my first novel, the subject of which was chosen due to a sense of duty. I faced many challenges on the way. First, I was only good at writing in English, yet it was not my mother language. I struggled until I succeeded in eliminating this obstacle, but another challenge came along. I was an Egyptian Muslim, that says it all. However, around ten months ago, I signed the publishing contract with an American publisher and as of the 26th of March, my book appeared in book stores. But, for me, this is just the beginning.
