Falling off a cliff at age nineteen and the suicide of my eldest brother were huge life transforming events. They shaped the way I view the world and how I contribute. I began writing as a way to heal through journaling. In time, I used my journals to write "One Of Eight-my perspective on our brother's suicide" and "Finding My Way From Paralysis To A Rich, Full Life." Writing became a healing experience and it allowed me to share what helped me to move forward in life and to enjoy life once again. I continue to write.
