Seriously, a lifelong Californian and former aerospace engineer, I spent several decades designing spacecraft systems hardware at Lockheed Missiles & Space, Co., where a career high was five years working on a recently declassified project codenamed AZORIAN that secretly and successfully retrieved a Soviet era naval submarine from the deep Pacific north of Hawaii.
I was was also employed during the Desert Storm Conflict by a Menlo Park producer of Flight Motion Simulators, and more recently as technical journalist for a Santa Clara supplier of Global Positioning Systems. Ten of my novels, plus numerous magazine novelettes, short stories, and science articles have been published to date, all but two in the vein of speculative fiction, plus a satirical spoof on the aerospace industry, and a historical novel dealing with Roman-Germanic tribal rivalry and conflict.
