Born and raised in Sharon, Mississippi, Jennifer Luckett was inspired to begin her writing prowess at age fourteen. After an abusive relationship with a drug dealer she decided to put her experiences on paper with a vivid imagination and an understanding of the everyday struggles that many of her family members and friends experienced, she was able to pen her debut novel Caught in the Middle. She now resides in Jackson, Mississippi, with her daughter.
