Rosemary Ossai N. received a B.Ed. from University of Ibadan and an M.Sc. from University of Stendhal Grenoble III. Over the years, Rosemary has carried out a series of community development programmes for youths and women. By traveling extensively through West, Central and East Africa, Rosemary is able to appreciate and value the rich cultures of various African countries and their biodiversity. Rosemary had a Public Book Presentation of two of her works: The French-English Picture Dictionary for schools which took about a decade to compile and another book: The Environmental Education and Maintenance Culture at the Grassroots.
