Inner peace is a lot more simple than you think. It's also a vital ingredient in the recipe for a happy and fulfilled life. In my writing and my work my passion is to pass the recipe on... My career for ten years was in the world of PR and Marketing, mainly in the UK. Outside of work I trained in Energy Healing, the Domancic Method, the Work of Byron Katie and practised meditation. Because my career was busy and a high stress occupation I spent a long time striving for a work-life balance and trying to find a meeting place between my work and the more 'alternative' interests I followed outside of work. For most of my career, work and stress won. Then it hit me that it didn't have to be like that. Life doesn't have to be a constant trade off or a constant battle between head and heart. Any process of change takes courage, determination and trust but it has worked for me. So now I do the things I enjoy! I write, run seminars, and mentor individual and business clients - all things I really wanted to do! So far I have written an inspirational fiction book called Dance with Life and I co-wrote a lovely angel prayer book called Angel Prayers and Messages with my dear friend, Rosie Ismail (a wonderful angel therapist and gifted intuitive). I am currently working on a childrens book for the 7+ age group. I am also writing a book on healing and will be adding parts from that to my blog as I go - mainly to give myself deadlines and to make me blog more regularly! I find the whole online social media world pretty overwhelming!!
