Background Information

Here's a sample of my book: Kim Ndili is a goal-driven woman, who can yield a roundhouse kick and a frying pan with equal effectiveness while wearing a pair of five inch stilettos. But something has a hold on her--her husband.  For eleven years, Kim stood by her husband and held her secrets.  Her love held her family together.   Her faith told her to hold on even when it meant taking her two boys to West Africa.  Will honoring her vows mean dishonoring herself? It is a story about the strength of hope, elusive but ultimately redemptive, with a cast of unforgettable characters.  Torn between fear, shame and her spiritual intelligence, Kim wrestles with choices she never dreamed her family would face.  It's a journey across the Atlantic Ocean to Nigeria, revealing the strength of a mother's love and the delicate but loving bonds that hold us together and ultimately push us through.  HOLDING ONTO SOMEWHERE is my own personal journey.  I believe that your readers would appreciate the story's psychological drama as well as the poetic undertone in which it is told.  Riveting and deeply moving, HOLDING ONTO SOMEWHERE is an astonishing debut.  A story readers will definitely hold on to.     buy the book here: http://www.carbon2diamondpress.com/books.html
