It had always been my dream to be a published author. My book is a Christian book. I write about things I’ve experienced, like seeing angels and my walk with God. It’s a self-bio with stories about my life and things I can’t explain. Now I am working on my next book, my second book: “The shades of Grace 2” is all about my life and surviving a domestic violence relationship and about my struggles as a single mother with no education. I had gone to classes for 3 years trying to get my education but I struggled with it due to my dyslexia. I dropped out of school again because I didn't feel that I was making any progress in my education. “The shades of Grace 2” tells how I struggled with no working skills to provide for my daughter and myself. I speak out to others who want to talk about domestic violence and ways of getting out of it. I also talk about why a woman stays with abuser and why they will often go back to the abuser that they left. I write about the healing that I am going threw now. I have also been working on 5 other books talking about childhood abuse and how it affects the children by growing up to be broken adults. Some of my other books will be written under another name to protect my family. I am working getting my other books published. I am also working on speaking in domestic women’s shelters and hope to tell the women they can get out of abuse and that they can break the cycle. These are a few of my life’s goals, to get all my books published and to start speaking to people in churches and shelters to let them know they aren’t alone in suffering the abuse.
