Dear Readers, I hope you enjoy reading Inheritance as much I did writing it.  Near and dear to my heart, these characters captivated me and begged me to write their story.  It wasn't always easy, because Joe and Wendy have obstacles to overcome to be sure, but in the end it was so worth it. I was inspired, in part, by Harlequin's Steeple Hill Love Inspired line of inspirational romances.  Having faith matter to my hero and heroine matters to me.  I was also inspired by love stories in general because I like being able to use the hero's point of view to tell the story, I like a little more complexity in the characters and I still love happy endings. Inheritance is my debut novel after many years of writing anything from ag magazine articles, to ads for radio and television, to writing a successful parenting humor column (Jelly Mom) from 2004-2009.  I have written in spurts around my growing family, all the while nursing Inheritance.  Love stories are my first love and I look forward to writing the next.
