I grew up in Northwest Indiana in the Chicago region during the seventies. My late teen years and early twenties were spent looking for adventures of all kinds. Chicago provided me with many of those adventures. Yet I was a small town person at heart. Loving to go camping, fishing, & traveling. I have lived in the Sacramento region of California & currently living in the Nashville region. Much of my life I spent running away from God because of what I saw as a child. Fortunately God kept searching my heart out and I allowed Him back into my life when I was forty years old. Influenced by Donald Miller and his books "Blue Like Jazz" & "Searching for God Knows What". The book gives lots of opportunities to reflect and dig deeper into the Holy Word of God. Lots of references for further study.
