Life can at times take a person by surprise and sometimes the surprises can be overwhelming. Maybe the best way of explaining what I am really trying to say is; Normal Reactions to Abnormal situations. I have spent the better half of my life studying, and the majority or greater part of any real progress I have made in trying to learn more about myself, has been in the last 6 years. I think that no shame is like having no remorse - and I believe that too much is not only self destructive ( because it’s not realistic - or healthy is almost to disgrace oneself, to be embarrassed too the extreme more or less says it all. I believe it’s better to understand to be so completely understood. I can only speak for myself - about myself, the great times I have had, the great people I have known. And whether or not the trials and tribulations I have experienced and even learned from -  including my difficulties that God has worked for good in my life, may be helpful for another to navigate through the hardships of in their own life, then this is all a great thing.
