Pat Brown is an Investigative Criminal Profiler and the CEO of The Sexual Homicide Exchange (SHE). Pat also runs The Pat Brown Criminal Profiling Agency which provides crime scene analysis and behavioral profiling to prosecutors, defense attorneys and international clients. After experiencing first hand the inadequacy of our justice system in handling sexual homicides, Pat Brown decided that more was needed than another victim support service for grieving families. What WAS needed was a whole new approach to police training, homicide investigation, criminal justice, and community participation and advocacy. Pat founded The Sexual Homicide Exchange in 1996 to address those issues and for the years since, SHE has offered profiling and investigative services at no charge to law enforcement and the families of homicide victims. SHE is also piloting the CAPTURE program designed to improve serial homicide investigation and reduce the number of serial killers at large.

Pat is a frequent guest of FOX, MSNBC, CNN, Court TV and The Montel Williams Show. She has spoken on a many breaking new stories including the DC Snipers, the Baton Rouge Serial Killer, the Laci Peterson Homicide, the Abduction of Elizabeth Smart, the Murder of Samantha Runnion, and the Unsolved Homicide of Chandra Levy.
