Hi! I live in Texas with my high school sweetheart husband and two "slightly" spoiled pet boxers. I love to write and my work has been published in many genres including popular romance magazines, as well as military life and travel magazines. I am passionate about writing historical romance filled with Highlanders, romantic heroes, and strong heroines set in the wilds of the Scottish Highlands. I admit my passion is aided by dark chocolate and an occasional glass of Baileys Irish Cream. Every so often I write contemporary romance. Actually, to be specific, I write contemporary romantic comedy. My award-winning romantic comedy, You're in Good Hands with Al Tate, was the recipient of the Crowned Heart Award and was a national Finalist for the RONE Award. When I'm not writing or doing research for a book, I enjoy traveling as well as weaving and hand spinning just as one of my characters would have done hundreds of years ago. Highland Betrayal, book 3 in my Heart of the Highlander historical romance series, will be released in late fall of 2014. I love to hear from my readers!
