Cat Blount began writing at a young age but could never complete a story.  She could never come up with a way to end her stories and she always wanted an ending with a twist, something not expected...  In 2007 she wrote two books from start to finish and they are among her 6 published books today all with twists and interesting surprises. Cat Blount writes what comes to her mind.  You will notice that all of her books are fairly different from the rest as whatever she thinks, she writes.  She firmly states and knows that God is placing the stories in her mind and she is writing them down.  She calls God the author and herself the writer.  She always looks back at her work and says, "Wow, I wrote that, I illustrated that????"  She states that when she writes and illustrates without much thought, it just comes out.
