Russ Volckmann, Ph.D. Russ is a Master Business Coach and a Certified Business Coach. He has coached presidents, CFO’s and CXO’s and worked with their organizations to improve performance and support development. Russ is Director of Leadership Development and an instructor for B.Coach Systems and is leading and implementing teaching that system to executives. Prior to devoting himself full time to coaching executives, Russ spent more than 20 years as an organizational development consultant. His expertise includes change management, leadership development and team building. Russ is especially known for his project management expertise and has served numerous clients in the healthcare, utilities, operations, services and high tech companies. Russ is also an accomplished teacher and leader. Currently, he trains others in the B/Coach methodology. He has served on the faculties of four universities including the University of Arizona and Golden Gate University. As a leader Russ was the founding chair of the Bay Area Organizational Development Network and the first editor of Vision/ Action. Russ holds a doctorate from the University of California at Berkeley in Political Science and Public Administration and was a Fulbright fellow in India. Dr. Volckmann has written two books: A Leadership Opportunity and 1 Phoenix Rising.
