Information
I am a Civil War reenactor and a Civil War buff in general. After fifteen years of being in the hobby, I finally decided to put my knowledge on paper into a historical fiction. The book is called The Life He Never Knew dealing with Thomas, a young Confederate soldier, as he makes his way to Tennessee to fight in the battle of Shiloh in 1862. Shiloh was one of the bloodiest two day battles of the war with over 13000 casualties with places still remembered like the Hornet's Nest, the Peach Orchard, and Bloody Pond. Thomas will witness some of the worst fighting of the Western Theatre and has to do all he can to survive.
