Author of two novels, and a collection of short-stories. Published across various genres with over 80 million views. Wendy studied psychology and English (Gothic literature specialisation) and graduated with honours. Most recently, she studied philosophy, Japanese, and German at Oregon State University. She is a pianist/multi-instrumentalist and trained as a prior music performance student and was an accompanist, performer, and Musical Merit Foundation competitor in San Diego. Wendy is a published author and artist featured in Supernatural Faerie Tales, Southern Gothic, and various non-fiction publications. Her writing has also been featured in Gothic and Dark Romanticism podcasts, served as collaborative inspiration for postmodern music, and a film treatment.

Researched how Gothic literature affected women and their relationship to trauma, serving as a means of empowerment during the 18th and 19th centuries.
