Information
I grew up in a small town in Eastern Connecticut. The largest nearby town was a once a bustling textile mill town, now on the decline. Local history and legends interest me and drive me to write. Social injustices figure prominently in my novels in which I often favor the underdog.
I spent many years working at local newspapers, learning all aspects of advertising, typesetting and computer graphics.
I volunteer at the Windham Textile Mill and History Museum, where one of my novels finds a setting.
Small towns with their characters, drama, and personal conflict are an unending source if inspiration for my novels.
