Background:       It took decades to realize that my mother, a hard but very physically beautiful woman, was preparing me to enter a world where I would not be embraced as an only chld and the first grandchild for two families. Major Inlfuences:      As a only child and probably the first latch-key kid in Ohio, books were my friends.      The man of my dreams and I are approaching our 46th anniversary and we have managed to stay in love. Over the years we have suffered great losses, the biggest being the unexpected death our of son. We also have two wonderful daughters who are simply strong, fierce and beautiful women.        I started to write over thirty years ago. Being an only child turned me into being a people watcher. I try to write from the heart and often using my fantasies.      I also write political commentary that is never polticlly correct.
