Hi I am Antoinette, I am a Trinidadian by birth. Beside being an Author, I am also a Minister of the Gospel; teacher; motivator and conference speaker.

I am the founder and host of the Life changing Women's conferences, seminars, training, and workshops, all under the banner known as "WOMEN T.I.M.E." T.I.M.E is the acronym for Training, Inspiration, Motivation and Encouragement. Through this, I have brought together women from all walks of life and various denominations. I am spiritual and not religions. I attended The West Indies School of Theology, did Drama in Education at the University of the West Indies, and am an independent Artiste trained in Mime and Dance under Todd Farley at MIMEistry International.
