My love of writing began back in my elementary school days watching "The Dick Van Dyke Show."  My favorites scenes were always the ones in the writer's office with Rob, Sally and Buddy.   I knew then THAT'S what I wanted to do.  Fast forward to 1978 when I was welcomed onto the set of "The Rockford Files" starring James Garner, where I remained for the next two years.  My association with Jim continues to this day. I have written several spec scripts for various series, "Northern Exposure" "Home Improvement" and a Hallmark Hall of Fame script that is being shopped.  I originally had written it for Katharine Hepburn who read it, liked it very much, (So much so, she wrote me a letter, but was engaged in another project)  I have just completed a "Behind the Scenes" book on my two years on the set of "The Rockford Files" and now am working on the memoirs of one of Hollywood's legendary stuntmen.
