Information
It was Chaplain Weimer, an Air Force chaplain at Scott Air Force Base, who was first to recognize Etienne's unique manner of establishing accommodating rapport with his clients, and who was first to encourage him to maximize his potential.
From this experience, Etienne took on the mission of helping others maximize their potential while it was from his training and experience as a clinical social worker that he decided to teach his clients and readers how to do so.
With his appetite whetted by co-authoring two anthologies, Etienne is a frequent writer of how-to articles that consistently motivates his readers to maximize their potential. His lectures, seminars, workshops, and customized training sessions focus on this topic.

Etienne was honored as the first male auxiliary member of CEWN (Caribbean Executive Women's Network); was vice president of VI Toastmasters Club 40404U; vice president of St. Thomas-St. John Mental Health Association; and president of the VI Association for Counseling and Development.
Served as Division Governor of Toastmasters International clubs in northern Kentucky and southern Indiana; Executive Director of the Hardin County Small Business Association in Elizabethtown, Kentucky; and CHAP and Child Advocacy Officer while in the Air Force.
