I am a mother of two boys and live with my family in Leicester. I was born in India but moved here when I was two. I love to write and my passions are writing and reading. After publishing my debut novel, Freedom of the Monsoon, I began my blog, which gives me satisfaction and it is something I really enjoy. I am an artist aswell and paint in watercolours, oils and acrylic. It helps me relax and free my mind of stress. My writing: I was influenced greatly by the books I used to read as a child which grew with me into teens, YA and now. The authors who inspired me was Roald Dahl, C.S.Lewis, Louise M. Alcott and the Bronte sisters. I try to write a bit everyday amongst family time.
