Everyone needs a little escape from time to time. Every day life can become so monotonous. I believe that it is a writers duty to take people away from that, if only for a little while.
As, a youth, I used writing as my way of getting away from it all, and I STILL do today.
I am a mother, a "mama's girl", a sister, auntie, stylist, advisor, best friend, and a ton of other titles. SOmetimes even I need a brief vacation from it all. That is when I grab a good book, whether it be mystery, romance, true life, erotica, or whatever. It is my escape from the day-to-day. That is also what I offer to YOU with my work.
