Information
Culture. History. Theater. My undergraduate degree was in English Lit, but creative writing was always my passion. I spent ten years teaching English in Vietnam which instilled in me a love for history, culture, and language learning.
From teaching English, I shifted into teaching history while dabbling on the sides in play writing and drama production. While I still teach history, I also am now teaching drama, drama writing, and play production.
All of these have influenced my storytelling and character development in many strong and tangible ways.
I love well crafted stories with three dimensional characters which are grounded firmly in aspects of culture and history.
Stories should be fun and meaningful! That's what I strive for.
