I’m a certified Life Coach, helping people age less on purpose. I've got a Bachelor’s in Holistic Nutrition, though my specialty is detoxification/disease prevention/natural healing. I attended Arizona State University for Nutrition and finished my degree with Clayton College of NAtural Health. Though, prior to any school (or working for a leader in the field of natural healing), I studied as a hobby. I am mostly self-taught and do not preach anything I haven’t practiced on myself. My journey of self-healing… began over 20 years ago. My purpose arose from the heartache of seeing both parents suffer and die needlessly (in 1973 and 2004). I refuse to leave my body from something that can be prevented, let alone reversed.
