My Christian counselor's declaration, "If you divorce, Satan will win!" set me on a faith journey I could not have predicted and resulted in my new memoir, "God, the Devil, and Divorce." In it I tell of my twenty-five year marriage to a "crazymaking spouse and how I discovered the schism among Christians over the subject of divorce. Along with the memoir, I write a blog, "Help and Healing for Divorced Christians" and have published  "Quick Reads" to encourage people in challenging life situations.  I've also revised and updated my clean romance,"Home of the Heart," a fun read based on my years as an interior designer.  I've recently celebrated eighteen years of marriage with my darling third husband in northwest Washington state where I've  developed the habit of hugging big trees.

I have a Masters in Education from the University of New Mexico, and a certification as a Library Media Specialist from Portland State University.
