I knew from an early age that I wanted to write books when I retired. For years before retiring, I wrote down any random thought I had on what to write about. When it came time to start my first novel, I pulled out these hundreds of scraps of papers, sorted through them, put them in piles, and all of a sudden several stories emerged. That was my inspiration for my first five books. In 2020, I wrote and released "How to Write, Publish, and Promote a Novel," a how-to book for new and aspiring writers, one that I wish I had had when I first began writing.

All of my novels are B.R.A.G. Medallion honorees. Book Readers Appreciation Group recognizes self-published authors by honoring those who receive unanimous positive reviews by their selected reviewers. Less than 15% of books submitted receive this honor.
