I have always been in the medical field with over twenty years of experience. My healthcare experiences are the background for my upcoming book, Suddenly Silent due later this year. The first of my other three books, 'Social Filters' was the results of a recurring nightmare that I thought I could resolve by addressing in print. I found that typing alleviated my stress and an author was born. I also have "Emily's Issue" and "Perched with Pelicans" available on Kindle and soon on Nook. 'Emily's Issue' and 'Social Filters' is available in paperback through Amazon. My inspiration to write is to alleviate my brain of the stresses of life. After a lengthy typing session, I feel like I haven't a care in the world. I originally intended to keep my works private, however, after a few glasses of wine I let a couple of people read them and they agreed I should submit. It is challenging, but fun.
