Known for her big smile and infectious, genuine personality, Jennifer Morey writes her happy endings in sunny Denver, Colorado. Her first stories were inspired by her childhood love of Man O' War and Secretariat, and the novel The Black Stallion, by Walter Farley. Bubbles of dialogue above cartoon drawings led to hand-written tales of adolescent love. The death of her mother in 1997 inspired her to pursue a serious writing career, despite achieving a degree in geology just two months prior to that tragedy. Ten years later, a dream came true. Finalist in more than twenty contests as an unpublished author, Jennifer's published accolades include a 2009 double RITA nomination and two first place wins in the Golden Quill.
