Let Your Goddess Grow! by Charlene Proctor

Intuitively, I know I've lived many lifetimes, and none more interesting than the one I'm living now. However, being born an old soul somehow did not excuse me from the same job I share with you and that is learning to craft a positive attitude about

“Since I was trying so hard to make books lead my life, I didn’t want to read them and then just put them back on the shelf and say, “good book,” as if I was patting a good dog. I wanted books to change me, and I wanted to write books that would change others.” Jack Gantos

Background Information

I've always had words in my belly. If anyone were to ask me what is my passion, I'd tell them writing is what I'm here on earth to do - (beside a few other creative things). When I was in high school, I remember sitting in history class. We were all talking about what major we'd take in college. Immediately I heard the word "journalism" pop on the inside of me. I hadn't thought that deeply about it so I knew it wasn't me. Later I associated that internal impression with the Lord pushing me in that direction. Though I didn't pursue journalism in college, I've always had the passion to create using words and I'm now doing what I should have done earlier in life - write. Talk about full circle moments. I'm a firm believer that you will not be satisfied in life until you tap into that pre-destined thing on the inside of you that makes you, YOU! I now write books. I use to publish other people's book but that got too tedious for me. So now I coach individuals who desire to be first time authors on how to write their very own book. I love it! I still write personally for myself and continue to increase my portfolio. Here is my collage of work: I have 3 books of my own and have co-authored 2 books I've published 2 books for other people I've ghostwrited 1 book and am finishing up a project now for someone else I'm now working on 4th book I love what I do!
