Gian Kumar, the author of the spiritual e-books Know Thyself and Think from the Heart – Love from the Mind, had an interesting childhood. His family was piously Hindu while he went to a boarding school that was predominantly Christian. He practiced Christianity in school and reverted back to Hinduism when he came home during the holidays. This duality, heightened by his curious, scientific mind, made him question the dogmas of religion. He felt disillusioned by religion and was drawn towards spirituality. He continued to read books that stoked his quest for the Higher Self and the answers to universal questions. He lays bare the knowledge that he has acquired over the years in these e-books. The author lives with his family in New Delhi.
