I only started reading romance novels about 5 years ago. As a stay at home mom and voracious reader, I'd already hit all the other major genres (Sci-Fi, mystery, thrillers, etc). The kindle is nice because I don't have to carry around books with pictures of half naked men on the covers.  Some of my romance influences include Elizabeth Reyes, who was kind enough to email me once when my writing software of choice ate my first full-length novel (I never recovered it), Kristen Ashley, Laurann Dohner, and Lora Leigh. There are other genres I'd like to write in eventually, but I'm getting my feet wet with romance and we'll see what happens. I'm interesting in using social networking and the internet to change the experience of writing and reading. The internet has given authors an opportunity to use reader feedback to shape the content, tone, and direction of their stories.  I have ideas for series books, standalones, and also bringing back the serial novel now that technology has made that style more accessible.  I'd like to develop a relationship with readers that is more in-depth and satisying for everyone. I hope my stories are good enough to attract some attention.
