I am just an ordinary mother with an extraordinary love for my special son. I believe in positive thinking and look at the good in the challenges my son and I have faced. I want people to accept my son the way he is and show love and respect to him. Just like everyone should have.     I knew before my son was born that he had medical concerns. He didn't move much and  I had that gut feeling something wasn't right. When I found out he had several medical problems and faced the path ahead, I realized people need to know about children like mine and the experiences we have to deal with. So I said to myself, someday I am going to write a book about our journey.  So 17 years later I did just that.
