I have been writing short stories and poems since the age of six. I recently earned my Master’s degree in psychology from Cleveland State University.  I have written three titles: Transforming a Pear into an Hourglass: A Journey from Fat to Fit, Emotions Personified 2nd Edition, and  Rich Man’s Song coming May 11, 2014. I started Marquise Publishing February 2003 to fulfill a lifelong dream to be a published author.  My influences are: Mya Angelou, Oprah Winfrey, Louise Hay and Iyanla Vanzant. My motivation is to be uplifting and transparent in my writing. I enjoy the art of storytelling and the power of written word.
