Lori became a trial watcher, before Court Tv even started. She still follow trials. For the novel Poetic Justice, the Mystery and Legal thriller genres seemed to be a perfect fit. Her love for animals has been a constant throughtout her life. She currently lives in new England with her two cats. Inspired by a recent documenatry, she has become a voice for orca in captivity.
