In the Whirlwind is a poetic storm that frees history from the cages of corruption and puts it in the hands of everyday people. Words are weaved into a new fashion statement that has nothing to do with runways but everything to do with projects!
I am an author, artist, and photographer. I write sci-fi, romance, poetry,children's books, and I publish two magazines. I have six books and I have been writing since I was 6 years old. I would write while riding on the trolly with my grandmother.

Diane Valterra was born in Staten Island, New York, and now lives in the heartland of the US, Kansas City, MO. Diane has been writing since she was six years old and has been published in newspapers, magazines, and an historical magazine. She has six self-published novels and books of poetry with her photography included. She publishes two online magazines and is working on a sci-if series.
