I seriously study the craft of Poetry, Literature and the Arts.  I have a profound respect for the Arts.  My influences are diverse.  I would say I can take no Poet or Writer seriously who hasn't studied Robert Graves, Joseph Campbell, Octavio Paz, Gabrielle Garcia Marquez, Federico Garcia Lorca, Victor Hugo, Gabrielle D'Annunzio, Alan Seeger, and Chelsea QuinYarbro.  I could add to this list, but could not reduce it.  I am a huge fan of the Romantic Movement and the Writers that contribute to it in all countries.  Poetic Mythology is central to my Art and Writing.  Nothing can be forced or faked,it must be genuine, heartfelt and emotive.  I love a good story, I llove Books. I love to Write.  Communication is at the core of the human experience.  Through all my Artistic and Literary endeavors I seek one thing, to move people as I am moved by Beauty, Sadness and the human condition.

Associate of the Arts. Published Writer. Contributing producer to the Muse the grave and the living Poet Tree, Writing on the Air, the Austin Artists show. I produced a show in honor of City Lights Books 60th anniversary with history, readings by the public, rare footage, and an interview with Elaine the GM of City Lights Bookstore. I am a recognized Literary blogger known as Booksmith. I have produce annual Literary shows on Alan Seeger, Rome and World Book Night and Memorial day.
