I was born and raised in Dover, a place most people pass through on their way to somewhere vastly more exciting but I love my hometown. I love it so much, I put it in my first novel. Like most would-be authors, I spent far too much time hunched over a portable typewriter in my bedroom; in between bouts of listening to punk music way too loudly and hanging out with my mates. That was the teenage years. Life eventurally got hold of me and I moved on but came back to writing again and again until I settled for scriptwriting. Success came quickly through the Red Planet Prize and I was mentored by the team at Red Planet Productions. My second award winning feature script became my debut novel - Since You've Been Gone. This was published by Crooked Cat Publishing in December 2013.
