Gladys Simmons Carson, a motivational and inspirational speaker, turn author, began reading at the age of three, and at the age of four read her first novel, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, by Betty Smith. This early exposure to the written word marked the beginning of her love affair with books and fascination for writing.
By the time she reached adult status, struggles and triumphs had shaped Carson into a natural encourager with a wealth of information to share, and a passion for sharing. Her inspirational memoir, “Triumph! A Battle Plan for Joy,” is an outgrowth of her passion to encourage others.
