I am a retired Registered Nurse and really enjoy the time to pursue hobbies such as gardening and writing.  The Ancient Essene lifestyle has always drawn me to a quieter calmer way of life and a need to honour each day. I felt I wanted to share these ideals and wrote my first book "Ancient Essene Wisdom for Modern Days"..A spiritual Journey of Love, Light and Learning. This book contains journalling pages for a year, using the four seasons as a guide. It was published in 2013. Last year 2014 I released the same book in an electronic form and slightly changed the name to "Ancient Essene Wisdom for Today". I encourage readers to use the principles of honouring each day for a different reason as contained in this little book  and to journal their thoughts and aspirations. My editor Vern Westgate said it all really when he wrote."The love and light flows from the first words in the dedication. I experienced a peaceful feeling as the words flowed together.  The quotes from a variety of religious sources give credibility to the words. I found I was breathing deeper and more fully as I edited it"!
