My 30 years as a government nomad let me surf and fish the east coast, Costa Rica, Panama, Bali, Hawaii and points in-between, and sent me to Korea, Honduras, Haiti, Belize, Miami, Washington DC, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, the UAE, Qatar, Egypt,the Seychelles,Italy and other “exotic” locales. I try to divide my time between the Jersey Shore, the mangrove backcountry of Southwest Florida, and Las Cumbres, Panama.
