My belief is everyone has the potential and opportunity to be a leader no matter their status, education or the position they hold. Everything we do has the potential to affect, influence and potentially change someone else life. Sooner or later we will all be a role model to someone else, it is our choice if it is a positive or a negative. For seven years I worked for a large telecommunications company. In 2012 after being transfered from Florida to Louisiana I began sending a motivational quote each morning to the supervisors and managers I supported across the country. The feedback I received from this small effort to inspire was positive and I realized that it was making a difference. Knowing I could do more, in 2013 I decided to start a blog.

Since 2015 I have done more than forty interviews with a wide range of leaders from diverse backgrounds. From executives, consultants and writers to lawyers and volunteers.
